I started this company after a lifetime of helping my grandmother with all of her electronic devices. I realized while there were other technical support services, there was no service that came directly to you, that personalized everything for you.
I’m not only there to help you set everything up, I’m there to walk you through it and make sure you understand everything you need going forward, down to leaving personalized instructions – the same way I used to leave post-its on my grandmothers computer.
I’ve had a lifelong passion for web development and computer repair beginning from the time my father taught me to code my first website at 10 years old.
